Carolina Off-Road Events (CORE) Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending any Carolina Off-Road Events (CORE) event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CORE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Event Participation

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending CORE events. CORE provides a safe environment, but participants acknowledge inherent risks associated with off-road activities. Participants must adhere to all event rules and instructions provided by CORE staff.

• Participants must be of legal driving age.
• Participants must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Participants must have a vehicle suitable for off-road conditions.

3. Liability Waiver

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to release CORE, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation in CORE events. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, injuries, or property damage.

4. Registration and Payment

Registration for CORE events is subject to availability. Payment terms and methods are outlined on the event registration page. Late registration fees may apply.

5. Event Cancellation

CORE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

6. Refunds

Refund policies are outlined on the event registration page. Refunds may not be available in certain circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
